The annual national congress of La Coopération Agricole is a key event in the French agricultural and agri-food landscape. It is organized around several highlights: open plenary sessions, statutory general assemblies, and social moments. The event brings together a variety of profiles (staff, members, voters, stakeholders), each with specific access rights and journeys. The challenge was to structure the organization of the congress while keeping it simple for the teams and accessible for attendees.
Digitevent was deployed as the central platform to organize the congress. The ticketing system made it possible to create distinct tickets based on attendee types, with tailored pricing and automatic assignment of access rights to the different sessions. Attendee segmentation was used to structure communications and contact management. On the day, check-in was streamlined thanks to the check-in app: QR code scanning and on-site badge printing.
The congress brought together 550 attendees over two days, running smoothly from registration to check-in. The La Coopération Agricole team quickly became autonomous in using the platform while benefiting from dedicated support beforehand. Digitevent has established itself as one of the key tools for organizing future editions of the congress.
