No. Your event data (attendee files, content, statistics) is never used to train or improve models, ours or any third party's. AI processes your information only for the time it takes to produce a result, then keeps none of it. It remains your property.

All AI processing takes place on dedicated infrastructure, hosted in Europe, with the same sovereignty requirements as the rest of the platform. Your data never leaves the European Union and remains covered by GDPR. For an organizer handling sometimes sensitive files (VIP guests, accessibility needs), it's the assurance that no data goes to a server outside the EU.

You always stay in control. Each AI feature can be turned on and off independently: you use it where it saves you time, and leave it aside elsewhere. It never triggers a sensitive action, like sending a message or publishing content, without your approval.

Yes, mainly to save time. AI translation puts your website, emails and app into over 20 languages in seconds, which would be unthinkable to do manually at the scale of an international congress. You can review and adjust each piece of content before publishing, and we recommend doing so for strategic messages like VIP invitations or crisis communication.

No. The MCP connector only exposes, in read-only mode, the real-time data you choose (registrations, check-ins, highlights), to the people you authorize. An assistant can query these figures in natural language ("how many people checked in for the plenary session?") but cannot modify anything or access data beyond your authorization scope. It's a conversational dashboard, secured by your existing access rights.

For a weekend prototype, why not. For a real event, it's a risky bet, and the reasons pile up quickly.

First, real-world conditions: an event has a fixed date, spikes in registrations, and sometimes thousands of simultaneous connections on the day. An improvised site rarely holds up under that load, and if it goes down the day before, there's no do-over.

Then there's security. You handle attendee data, sometimes sensitive: GDPR compliance, consent management, controlled hosting, ISO 27001 certification, all regulatory requirements that code generated on the fly doesn't cover. In case of a leak or a dispute, the responsibility falls on you.
