The challenge
The Forum Économique des Banlieues (FEB) brought together nearly 2,000 attendees. Organized by the Quartier d’Affaires association, the event gathers business leaders, public decision-makers, recruiters, entrepreneurs and talents from across local communities. Conferences, panel discussions, masterclasses, exhibitor booths, and business meetings make up a packed program involving multiple profiles: attendees, speakers, press representatives, and VIP guests.
Workflow and solutions
Digitevent centralizes the entire event organization: registration management, attendee management, on-site check-in, and networking. The forum featured 75 speakers and 25 exhibitor booths, with around 300 visitors per booth per day.
